History
In 1983 Ernest Nolan, CDP, a Data Processing Manager for a local Corporation, ventured on his own as a contract programmer for local manufacturing companies by forming Nolan's Consulting & System Design. NCSD Inc. has progressed through generations of changing technology from working with the early midrange computers like the System/32 to the Pentium IV microprocessors of today.
A former IBM Business Partner and Great Plains Software Dynamics Partner, NCSD Inc. is moving forward in the area of web based programming using Javascript and Active Server Pages as well as continuing to develop client/server applications using Visual Basic. We continue to support the wide of AS/400 midrange users also. A strong foundation in business logic and processes allows NCSD Inc. to adapt quickly to the needs of its customers and ensures future years of development.
Previous projects included numerous Year 2000 conversions, sales history, order processing, scrap processing, and continued support of a major manufacturing systems with third-party software. Major clients are Pacific Press Technologies of Mt. Carmel, IL, Rexam Closures of Evansville, IN, ALCOA of Newburgh, IN, and Toyota Motor Manufacturing of Indiana of Princeton, IN.
